Onesie-Mermaid

This pattern has 5 pages of photos, and written instructions so you can do it quickly.
Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Skills used: Basic knit stitch, increases, decreases, knitting in the round, basic embroidery skills.

Note: Since it is knitted in the round, there's no messy seaming, special for somebody who don't love to sew.

Materials:
1.      8 ply weight wool or acrylic. (I have used Moda Vera Marvel  8ply 100% acrylic for MC and CC2 and used about one third of a ball.) Yarn in blue for MC, beige for CC1,  purple for CC2, red for CC3 and yellow for CC4.
2.      3.25mm /US-3, 100cm/40" circular needles for magic loop and DPNs or size needed to obtain gauge.
4.      Buttons / plastic safety eyes/ scrap yarn for eyes
5.      Stitch marker
6.      Polyester stuffing
7.      Yarn needle
8.      Embroidery needles
9.      red threads

Standing doll measures about 20 cm to head height.

If you use thicker yarn and bigger size of needles you get a bigger toy.

Squid fishing

Richard took me squid fishing yesterday night and we caught our first ever squid .... it was so fun and exciting.  I've decided to add a Onesquid-babe to my Onesie-babes collection, hope you guys like my design.
